Your Path Towards
Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Remission
A 5-month coaching program for women with insulin resistance, prediabetes, or Type 2 Diabetes — evidence-based, faith-integrated, and built around a framework that holds even when life gets hard.
"Where clinical expertise meets whole-person care."
You Know What to Do.
So Why Isn't It Working?
You're not lacking willpower. You're lacking a framework designed for your life.
You have the information
You've done the research. You've tried the programs. You're an educated, high-achieving woman and you know more than you think. The knowledge has never been your problem.
But daily life doesn't follow a pamphlet
Monday's intention rarely survives Wednesday's work deadline, a sick kid, or a week of poor sleep. When you're carrying a full career and a full family, your health is often the first thing that gives.
What's missing is a framework
Not another 30-day challenge. Not another meal plan. A framework rooted in your values and your faith, one that holds across the demanding seasons of your life, not just when conditions are perfect.
You are not lazy. You are not unmotivated. You are a woman running at full capacity, and you have been handed tools that were not built for your life.
The gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently is where most women with insulin resistance, prediabetes, or Type 2 Diabetes get stuck. Not for lack of trying. But for lack of a framework built for real life.
That gap is exactly what the STEWARDSHIP Method is designed to close.

The STEWARDSHIP Framework
I built the STEWARDSHIP framework because I needed it — not as a theoretical exercise, but as something to hold onto when life gets full and the daily commitments start sliding.
I watched my grandmother and my father be lost far too soon to preventable chronic disease. That loss shaped everything about why I do this work. It is personal. It is the reason I became a nurse practitioner, the reason I specialized in endocrinology and metabolic health, and the reason I do not take lightly what it means to help someone reverse insulin resistance — or put Type 2 Diabetes into remission — when they were told it was permanent.
I am a doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner, a certified diabetes care and education specialist, an Army veteran, a solo parent, and a woman of faith. I have advanced training in endocrinology, obesity, and lifestyle medicine. And I still have seasons where my own health habits slip — because knowing and doing consistently are two very different things, and that is true for everyone, including me.
What the STEWARDSHIP framework gave me is not perfection. It gave me orientation. A way of engaging with my health that holds across demanding seasons — because it is connected to something deeper than motivation.
That is what I bring to every woman I work with who is done managing her metabolic health and ready to actually transform it.
